PremiumLED takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
PremiumLED B.V., based in Amsterdam, is the data controller for the processing described in this policy.
What data we process
- Account and contact data (name, email, phone, company name, addresses)
- Order and invoice data (order history, payment method, KvK / VAT number for business customers)
- Communication (emails, support requests)
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies)
Processing purposes
- Order fulfilment and delivery
- Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, VAT records)
- Customer service and account management
- Improving our shop and (with consent) marketing
Retention periods
Order and invoice data is retained for 7 years per Dutch fiscal retention law. Other personal data is deleted or anonymized as soon as it is no longer needed for the original purpose, or when you delete your account.
Your rights
- Right of access (download via My Account → My data)
- Right of rectification of inaccurate data
- Right of erasure / right to be forgotten
- Right to restrict or object to processing
- Right to withdraw consent for marketing and cookies
